“Ho prenotato un soggiorno presso questa struttura dopo essere stata indirizzata telefonicamente dal personale, che mi aveva assicurato che la spa fosse inclusa nel prezzo. Purtroppo, l’esperienza si è rivelata molto diversa da quanto promesso. Ho pagato una tariffa elevata per una camera superior, ma al mio arrivo mi è stato detto che, secondo loro, la prenotazione corrispondeva a una standard senza spa. Solo dopo aver fatto presente la discrepanza mi è stata assegnata una stanza leggermente……

“First impression on arrival was "disappointing". The exterior of the hotel is dull and scruffy, not what was expected. There's a reason they don't show the exterior on their website. Single rooms are basic but clean. Bathroom very good. Limited options for dinner in the hotel but quality very good. Staff helpful and overall impression improved a lot after a 4 night stay. ”

“The accommodation was spotlessly clean, really spacious, and with a comfortable bed. It was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and had two balconies with good views. The host was just as wonderful, always available if needed and went out of her way to make us feel at home and bringing breakfast in the mornings. Would definitely recommend.”

“The host ensured we clearly understood how the key system worked when we arrived. Following his instructions, we didn't have any problems accessing the propery. The room was spacious and well laid out. It was lovely to sit by the open window and have breakfast. There was a lift to help get the luggage to the room. The staff in the bar in the morning were friendly and helpful.”

“Camera pulita. Personale ottimo e disponibile, colazione abbondante. Parcheggio non custodito, con entrata molto angusta tra due muri, consiglio chiudere specchietti, situato tra due condomini di cui uno dismesso in fase costruzione con zone molto polverose.”

“Was very nice experience roon quite Big confortable and all nice and clean. The only problem was we couldnt have a breakfast in the Hotel becouse was full book ( at list is what they tald us) anyeay was no a Big problem becouse a few kms are many bars whit italian coffe and croissant.... Was a free parking in the Hotel... We anjoy. Thankyou so much.”

“I have only good things to say about the hotel. Seems they run a very tight ship. Very helpful staff at check in. Front desk young woman came out to the street to show me where the parking lot was. Private fenced and gated. Check in easy. Room was big with private big patio. Bathroom spotless and very modern. Was only a one nighter but wished I could have stayed longer.”
