“This was a 10 out of 10 place for so many reasons:- Mefi the concierge was fantastic, from months before our trip to our last day. He arranged great transportation from SJO, to Jaco, and back to SJO. He found great tours for good prices. In short, he made our trip seamless and fun. It is made clear that a tip is appropriate with suggested amounts. He is worth every penny! -The house itself is just as it looks online. “This house in the jungle was a highlight of our tour throughout the country. It was more than just a home we stayed at- it was a jungle experience. We loved the private waterfall and the tour through the property. We ended up canceling our plans one day to hang out more there on the property. The host and guide were wonderful to work with. ”

“We had the most incredible stay at Villa Marbella. Camilo was so helpful leading up to the trip, he answered countless emails, helped set up excursions, had rental cars waiting for us, and a private chef. He greeted us upon our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy or stay. Nellie, the housekeeper, came by once during our visit, she was very thorough and even did all of our laundry. That was a nice surprise to come back to after a day of adventure!The house was perfect for……

“Amazing stay !We love this place so much - we were a family of 3.We enjoyed the location & the surroundings.We were welcomed by a sloth, iguanas, monkeys...The fact that the house is fully opened towards outside makes it really atypical but lovely (for us !)We spent much more time there than what we thought. Even during green season where rains & thunder can happen in the afternoon, it was a lovely place to hear the noise of the rain, read a book and lye on the hammock !We highly recommend this……
