“I moved here from a bamboo house in Poás, so the city noise was an adjustment—but overall, this apartment felt like a safe place to land. It’s small but thoughtfully decorated, with plants that add a nice energy to the space. I also liked having a nail salon and pet store right here. great location for someone who wants to be close to everything while still having a peaceful home base.”

“Poor communicator. The night before arrival, we got a call that the parking spot was unavailable, even though it was advertised as having parking. Parking in San Jose is a nightmare. VRBO was of no help. We quickly arranged housing elsewhere. Owner refused to refund fees”

“I was here for a week-long work trip and this apartment was a wonderful landing place! Located within walking distance of a grocery store, a variety of restaurants, and a fantastic bakery. The apartment was clean and offered a great little gym, and lots of security. The host was lovely and very quick to respond to questions. My next business trip stay will certainly be here!”

The building had excellent and accommodating around the clock security. I even lost the key to the host’s place and surprisingly he drove over an hour to make sure I was safe and secure and arrived CALM :)… My stay was peaceful, fun and unforgettable! “This place is fabulous! A new building with all the technical amenities of a modern home and all the essentials for comfortable easy living. The cleaning service and the cleaning person were wonderful. The location is perfect if you like big cities and access to many of Costa Rica's world renown must see sites and things to do. The host, Jorge, is very helpful and very responsive to inquiries and needs. This will be my home of choice when in Costa Rica. ”

“We loved our stay at the Artist Condo in Barrio Dent. The condo was perfect with great space, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting room and laundry! Great view of the mountains from our windows. It is in a nice neighborhood that is walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We would definitely stay there again!”

“Very nice apartment over a terrific Mediterranean restaurant. The property is within walking distance to many restaurants and night life, but far away enough to avoid the noise. A small grocery store is also a short walk away. It is a 3rd floor unit with no lift/elevator so be prepared with heavy luggage. The apartment has cable TV, WiFi, and A/C, and the owner was always responsive to answer questions. Unit advertised 2 bathrooms, however, there is 1 bathroom with a shower, and the 2nd only a……

“Gabriel and Suellen were an absolute joy. I used the place as remote office, and morning coffee in the alcove watching tucans and various other birds was a welcome distraction. Fresh dragonfruit and mint were available outside, Cacao tour at Nortico was easy getaway for half day of entertainment. Could not have higher praise for our stay. an easy ”
