「When we wrote our host to ask for check in instructions at 2:30 (for 4:00 check in that same day) we were informed we couldn’t be hosted due to repairs?? It would’ve been fantastic to have some advanced notice/communication about this so we weren’t surprised and left to find wifi/book a hotel close to the airport. Not quite the high point to end our trip on after a long drive. I couldn’t appropriately rate the location/cleanliness etc so to be fair I gave those 5 stars. She did refund our money...

「Check in was difficult both when I initially arrived and when my husband arrived a week later. The first time the owner did not give the property the right info and later the guards did not have the right info, they record phone numbers in a shared phone/whatsapp but then they lost the original check in info. 」

「The balcony of 3 Vistas was a welcome retreat after a full day. The furnishings were comfortable, the vista beautiful and the breeze refreshing.it was the highlight of our stay.」

「We were a family of 6 adults. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, the park and major highways. The host, Iair, was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely book again.」

My primary goal for this stay was dental implants and stem cell treatment. I'm very pleased with both and the property. Comfortable bed and loved the very private patio. La dueña communicated and followed up nicely regarding minor issues. I would recommend this place without hesitation.」
