“Check in was easy and nice unit”

“I’ve been going to CR about 2x a year since 2006 and stayed in DDS many times. This place has all the amenities. Beautiful views, easy pool access. the kitchen had everything imaginable. I was afraid to even touch the Braville coffee/espresso machine. Top notch.The only downside was the WiFi. We could get it in the family room and master bedroom but not the other 2 bedrooms or pool area. I could see the WiFi for the units on the floors 2, 3 and 4 while at the pool being available so I don’t……

“It's a nice little place with all the amenities listed. Our family of 4 just wanted to go to the beach for the day and this was a great option as it is close to playa mantas and playa blanca. Chris, the property manager, was very helpful and even gave us some tips on where to park for our trip to the beach. The only criticism we have is that the sofa bed is not comfortable and cannot fit anyone over five foot six. We were hoping to use it for our teenage son but instead he had to share the bed……

“While the location and view of the ocean was wonderful, the condo isn’t in great condition, didn’t feel very clean, and we didn’t have hot water throughout our 4 night stay. The wifi is not good and at times didn’t reach the bedrooms or balcony. When contacting Vacasa about the hot water, they tried asking us to diagnosis the lack of hot water problem ourselves and then failed to communicate any updates as to when and if a maintenance person would be coming to fix the issue. “The unit had more than we had time to use. This rental will have what you need regardless of the type of vacation you are trying to achieve. Sleeping and bathrooms were excellent. Kitchen was well appointed with a great selection of implements. Fridge even had a few things in case we showed up with nothing late at night.The water filter was super. Other than the tv when it was later and dark we spent most of the time outdoors. Super access to the beach, pool often. When there was too much sun……
