“This was such a wonderful place to stay while visiting the La Fortuna area. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. They made wonderful recommendations of what to do and booked everything for us so that we could just relax and enjoy. Very comfortable accommodations for my family of 5. Loved it!”

“My wife and I loved this property. 3 adults and 2 children in our group. If you are okay with simple accommodations with great service and beautiful scenery you have to stay here. Grounds were immaculate when we arrived and we were greeted with 2 Toucans as we headed to our cabin. Tons of hummingbirds flying around. This place just felt so full of life! “Greivin & Heylin thought of everything when creating the Yarumo Lodge Rio Celeste Black Chalet! My family of 4, including 12 and 16 year old sons, had a fabulous weeklong stay at the end of June. The location was easy to find, the hosts were hospitable--welcoming us at arrival with a nice treat and overview of the property, including a resource guide for local attractions, dining, and activities. Toute la famille aurait voulu rester plus longtemps dans ce petit paradis de tranquilité en communion avec la nature. Les photos ne rendent pas justice à cet endroit. “Super belle expérience. Pas trop loin de la civilisation et Rio Celeste (15 minutes) pour une tranquillité parfaite. Les douches sont superbes et il y a tout pour cuisiner et passer un bon moment en famille. Le chemin d'accès est très abrupte et nécessite un 4x4 ou SUV, nous avons eu une crevaison.”

“The location was perfect for seeing Rio Celeste and other rainforest tours. Everyone was really friendly and the food was great. Communication was somewhat interesting because I hadn’t brushed up on my Spanish enough but we made it work! The bed wasn’t super comfortable, shower didn’t get very hot and the walls weren’t exactly soundproof but for the price it was still a good value. I’d definitely stay here again!”
