「close to everything, super friendly host and beautiful condo 10/10 」

「My Girlfriend and I just spent a week here and we couldn’t be any more impressed! The views were amazing, especially from the shared rooftop area where the sunsets were spectacular! The host was very friendly and had great communication. It was very clean and great after a long day exploring Samara. Most days we’d walk into town and back a few times a day, however next time we might get a golf cart because we will for sure be back to this property!」

「The property was just as expected. Beautiful, clean, with breathtaking! Maria made sure we had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short and the beach was great. Walking to town was easy too. We thoroughly enjoyed it all.」

「The four of us- 2 adults and 2 kids- had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, cool and had a great kitchen. It was a short walk to the beach. We rented beech chairs, surf and boogie boards and a bike. The kids had a great time in the water. The turtle tour was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Patrick and Hilda were great hosts the place was as advertised great views top porch was amazing walking distance to town safe location Parking was nice to have and secure note no elevator so you get a nice workout with your luggage. We hope to have an opportunity to return 」

Bailey is a great host—super responsive and attentive, making sure everything was just right. If you're visiting Samara or Puerto Carrillo, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!」

「We enjoyed six nights at this beautiful property. The walk from town is very steep (even our rental SUV struggled when we drove), but the trade off to 'being up high' is beautiful views and a much-needed breeze. The pool and rooftop are great. You get a better view of the sunset from the condo than from the beach.Note that the futons are not very comfortable, but they are fine for an occasional night.AC worked great (and was very needed!)As one of the ground floor units, there is limited privacy...

「We had a really nice stay. The location was great. Close to Guiones and Garza beaches. Apartment was brand new, very clean and modern. Well furnished. 24hr security. Nice pool, generator back up for power, recycling and compost. There is a shared workspace in the complex for anyone wanting to work (we did not use it). Very responsive owner. Easy checkin process. Few notes: the complex is still under construction. So there is some noise and dust. The apartment while it was well appointed, it is...

「We had an amazing time. Property was very clean and bigger than pictured. 2 mins walk to a beautiful beach and 10-ish to restaurants/super markets. Owner and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.」
