“We had an amazing stay! The house is absolutely beautiful as pictured! We loved the indoor/outdoor feel with the large sliders opening up to the outside living area, pool and full views of the Pacific. All bedrooms are air conditioned for comfortable sleep. “Our host Jason went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay at his place. We had support in getting to use a local pool, with groceries and transportation to our next location to mention a few. If you need local insights and super hospitality then go with Jason. The location is in a quiet local neighbourhood and it feels safe to have kids running around outside. Walking to the beach is possible, but can be a bit hard for little ones up to 4 years old (especially considering the heat). Go to……

“Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that……

“We enjoyed the location of the house. It was close to the beach, convenience stores, liquor store, coffee shop, pharmacy and plenty of restaurants, which made our stay really convenient. For the price we paid though, we were hoping for higher level of cleanliness both inside and out.
