"Such an amazing place! Xinia and Carlos being there often was so great. They really do a lot to keep everything running smoothly and always helpful when I needed something. Sara is an amazing host and the whole process to check in was very easy. One thing for people just coming to this area, make sure you have supplies as the stores aren’t really walkable, or have some taxis lined up prior. Samara taxi service is the name to look up. "Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects.
