“The bungalow was private and you can see toucans in your back yard. Isabella is amazing, she helped me order food for delivery in the rain, she helped organize excursions, she helped with bike rentals/organized tuk tuks, and recommended things to do around town/best sunsets. Anytime I am in Puerto Viejo I will stay at Villa Roca de Caribe for sure.”

“Staff was great, casitas were cute, pool was nice. The rooms however are not very sound proof. Other noisy guests there in the pool or nearby rooms can be heard very well. You can hear TV and other noises in the next casita. ”

“Sehr guter Standard der Apartments. Überall Klimaanlage. Ruhig, aber nicht weit weg von Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäften. Wenn man am Pool sitzt, kann man Affen auf den umliegenden Bäumen sehen und auch hören. Es war ein wirklich sehr schöner Aufenthalt dort. Man kann sich sofort wohlfühlen ”

They’ve got you! Not sure of the best transportation options? No problem! Want a Spanish conversation partner? You got it! The hotel itself is very intimate with only 7 casitas and surrounded by the most thoughtful landscaping to provide privacy on each house’s patio. The electrical is a bit funky. Mind you,……
