“A beautiful and spacious townhouse in a great location - we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend for a group of friends. It’s less than 10 minutes to the river, where there are lovely coffee spots and restaurants.”

“My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests.”

“The property we booked was not the one we got. I booked months in advance but was told upon check in that the entire building I booked was having renovations done to it. When I went there, it did not appear that that was the case. They instead put me and my father in a 1 bed room when we booked a 2 bed house. The bathroom was shared with everyone else in the apartment which I did not like. We were refused the proper amount of towels. I only got 1 large towel for the entire stay.”

“We had an amazing time staying at Vinzenz house! The location couldn’t be better. The house is a walking distance to a number of scenic hikes and 10 minutes drive from the beautiful city of Solothurn. The villa is a huge family home with multiple seating areas outside. Majority of the rooms have beautiful views. We enjoyed eating outside overseeing gorgeous panoramic views of Swiss landscapes and Alps. The house has a lot of character and we felt at home. A special highlight was communicating……
