「My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests.」

Small village of 1500 people. Close drive to Lugano and only an hour drive to Malpensa airport. The views of the lake are fantastic.」

「This was a great VRBO for us. The house was just as expected. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a pleasant walking distance from the train station and the downtown area that had many great restaurants. Murten was a perfect hub for our trip. We explored a lot of the Bern area and it was so nice to return to quiet Murten. We spent our mornings exploring this beautiful town and our evenings enjoying the wonderful restaurants. Easy check-in and out and great communication....

「The property is located on a major road that connects Switzerland to Italy. Border control is approximately 1km away. So most of the time is very busy but once inside the property not noticeable. Also benefits from a commuter train that travels into the very nice city of Lugano. The property from the front is disappointing, untidy and tired. 「Das Haus ist extrem gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Der Pool ist gross. Es hat verschiedene Plätze zum Sitzen oder Sonnen. Ein Traumhaus und die Sicht auf den Lago ist einfach fantastisch.」
