「We had a lovely week in this compact but well equipped and organised apartment. The views are spectacular and it was great to be able to sit and watch the lake changing at different times and in different weather.Within walking distance of the station, we used the train every day to visit nearby locations without the hassle of trying to find somewhere to park (the Lavaux Transport Card provided by our host was invaluable)Our host Queein was delightful and on hand if we needed anything. If we were...

「This house is amazing! So many facilities and the host, Mark, showed us around and explained everything in detail at check-in. It’s great for a large family get together or holiday with plenty for all generations to do. Mark was always available by WhatsApp and was very helpful. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby (one within walking distance) and endless hills and countryside. Everything was spotless and we had a fantastic time in the pool, playing basketball, having sundowners on...

「My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests.」

「Great property! We had a fantastic time! Highly recommend this place!」

「The house is located in a convenient place that's both quiet and accessible by public transport. It's however too old and has problems that we didn't expect. * Exterior & Accuracy: * The exterior appearance of the house did not really match the listing photos. * Lighting & Safety: * The lighting in the staircase and living room was way too dim, making it unsafe to move around. * Electrical & Amenities: * Some rooms were without working electrical outlets. * Not every room was provided...

「Absolutely stunning property! The views were incredible, very quiet location and short distance from Vevey which is a bigger city and had everything we needed. Vineyards nearby were beautiful and it was lovely in the morning to be able to walk through the vineyards and get photos. Queein was a wonderful and accommodating host, very responsive - even let us borrow a cooler so we could pack a picnic lunch to take to the lake for the day. Would absolutely recommend staying in her VRBO!」

「This was a great VRBO for us. The house was just as expected. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a pleasant walking distance from the train station and the downtown area that had many great restaurants. Murten was a perfect hub for our trip. We explored a lot of the Bern area and it was so nice to return to quiet Murten. We spent our mornings exploring this beautiful town and our evenings enjoying the wonderful restaurants. Easy check-in and out and great communication....

「Rented this spot in Ticino and it worked out perfectly. Walking distance to a bakery/coffee shop. Had a great meal at Ristorante Sport. Migros grocery store is right down the street. Small village of 1500 people. Close drive to Lugano and only an hour drive to Malpensa airport. The views of the lake are fantastic.」
