“Overall pretty good experience. It’s next to an arena and only a few minutes walk to the train station and a few minutes train ride to Luzern. The kitchen is small and only has basic supplies but it’s plenty for just three of us. For the price I think we will consider staying there again.”

“The bathroom is shared and not in the room as the web page said. They don’t give you the codes until last minute Far away from luzern We asked to leave a little peace of luggage 2 hour before the check in. The answer was take a locker in the train station The room is to small to can’t walk there is a little table you can’t use because don’t space for the seats. No place to put the clothes the are not closet just a little rack with 3 hangers. Don’t clean the dlsharwd areas or the wc Everything……

“We didn't receive check in-instructions until just hours before check-in, and only after I sent multiple messages to the host, and the instructions were very confusing. The apartment was old and dated and very sparse. No extra towels, no extra sheets. Pillows were thin and uncomfortable. One of the beds was on the living room floor. Curtains were almost transparent and let light through early in the morning. Two out of the three nights we stayed, we were awoken at 2am by extremely loud partying……

“The appartment was too small for three people. Elevator was not working, nobody came to fix it. There was no explanation about how the elevator worked, and there was no explanation abot the place we had to put the rubbish when leaving. It would have been nice to have air conditioner, because weather was hot.”

“The apartment is 10 min walk from the train station. The street below is also the Pilatusplatz bus stop. So it is easy to get to places. It is also 10 min walk from the old town which has lots of shops and restaurants. The place has a "Jason Bourne" movie feel which is very interesting. All in all, it is great place to stay in.”
