Excellent service. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Great location, with beautiful view overlooking the lake. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Awesome room, view and service. One of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had!

just outstanding

A building with history, and very classic with historical feeling interior, walkable distance to train station and also the small old town of Luzern

The hotel location is quite good, very easy to get around. The room is spacious, clean and comfort. The breakfast is so good with lots of choice. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
