"在瑞士10日，共住過5間酒店 琉森這間是最喜歡的一間 非常方便，距離琉森火車站只需5分鐘左右 這次住standard double room，房間相對是普通一點，但所需要的都有，有雪櫃，有冷氣，而且都乾淨，缺點是浴缸，如長者去，就可自行評估是否大問題，同隔音有點差，不過係戴耳塞就可解決既情度 早餐也是住過5間酒店中最豐富同好食 而最欣賞的是員工非常友善！！"

"The room is good but the check in experience is really bad. The staff at the check in counter is impolite and rude. He was not wearing a name tag and he almost broke our passports. He pressed our passports in 360 degree turn with “deadly force” and it was terrible. When he asked us to pay the city taxes, he just bang on the machine twice with his hand. I hope the hotel can do some training for the check-in counter staffs. "
