"Perfect location and friendly staff. Breakfast hit the spot, but they could definitely use a few more coffee machines—everyone ended up waiting in line for their morning coffee."

"The room is good but the check in experience is really bad. The staff at the check in counter is impolite and rude. He was not wearing a name tag and he almost broke our passports. He pressed our passports in 360 degree turn with “deadly force” and it was terrible. When he asked us to pay the city taxes, he just bang on the machine twice with his hand. I hope the hotel can do some training for the check-in counter staffs. "

"The view from the lake room is charming. The location is perfect because there is a bus stop to the town right in front of the hotel."
