「We left this stay very disappointed, with serious safety concerns as a family with children. During our stay, a low window pane at child height broke when accidentally knocked and shattered into large, sharp, jagged pieces. It did not appear to be safety glass and, in my view, posed a real risk of serious injury to a child. This was especially concerning in a family holiday property, which also appeared to lack basic visible safety features despite having a wood burner, including no smoke alarms...

「The chalet was very comfortable and warm, with beautiful views across the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The village itself was lovely, although it was quite a trek uphill. 「Eine ruhige Lage, abseits des Dorftrubels mit wahrhaft traumhafter Aussicht vom Balkon, vom Esstisch und vom Schlafzimmer auf den Eiger, den Unteren Grindelwaldgletscher und den direkt vor dem Haus befindlichen Paragleiter-Landeplatz. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen konnte - und noch mehr. Es ist kein anonymes Appartement, sondern die sehr herzlichen, hilfsbereiten, aber sich nie aufdrängenden Gastgeber schaffen eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. 」

「Beautiful location. Very quiet and excellent views. We were not allowed to open windows (no screens to keep mosquitos and insects out) so it would get warm in side. Bathroom shower sprayed all over the wall. However, hand shower worked. But then the water flooded the bathroom floor requiring constant wiping and mopping probably due to a slow drain.
