“Eine ruhige Lage, abseits des Dorftrubels mit wahrhaft traumhafter Aussicht vom Balkon, vom Esstisch und vom Schlafzimmer auf den Eiger, den Unteren Grindelwaldgletscher und den direkt vor dem Haus befindlichen Paragleiter-Landeplatz. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen konnte - und noch mehr. Es ist kein anonymes Appartement, sondern die sehr herzlichen, hilfsbereiten, aber sich nie aufdrängenden Gastgeber schaffen eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. ”

Each morning and evening, we could hear cow bells from the surrounding farms, and the view from the back porch over the hills was stunning. Habkern is a more rural option than others many tourists go to but it was a great base for us to use because we went to many different areas around the Jungfrau region. “We truly loved staying at Racers Retreat 5. The views were spectacular and the weather was cool and sunny in October. This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults. We made so many happy memories in Switzerland! We enjoyed the beautiful walk each day from our townhouse to the shops and train station. It was so scenic we never minded the walk, even after a full day of adventurous activities. Don't miss the paragliding, gorgeous canyon walk, roller coaster cars, and zip lines. So many fun……

“This property is absolutely wonderful, and the hosts are amazing. The gorgeous chalet overlooks Grindelwald, and at nighttime the deck and meadow are great for stargazing. My family of 8 stayed here for a nearby wedding, and it was very comfortable and spacious. The two refrigerators was great for our large family, and the ping pong table provided hours of fun for us. I highly recommend this property!”

“Ce fut notre deuxième sejour au chalet. Toujours aussi merveilleux. Il y a tout ce qui faut pour le confort et passer un merveilleux séjour. La propreté est impeccable et il y a tout ce qu'il faut en linge de toilette, de lit, plaid, vaisselle, produit d'entretien etc. Nous sommes encore venu avec notre chien et tout est bien conçu pour. Si vous venez avec votre chat il y a même un griffoir !Quant au jaccuzi c'est le plus propre, le plus agréable et le plus qualitatif que nous avons fait. ……
