索洛图恩州的公寓

“I recently stayed at VISION APARTMENTS Basel and overall had a comfortable visit. The space itself was clean and well-presented, and the location made it easy to get around the city. There were a few areas where the experience could be improved. Communication with customer service was a bit slow at times—especially when we were trying to arrange luggage storage prior to check-in, which took longer than expected to coordinate. Additionally, the TV did not appear to have access to local or news……

“Bitte nicht sowas buchen! Ich konnte nicht mal dort schlafen, wir waren am Tattoo Basel, wir waren so müde, wir haben dieses Apartment gefunden! Ich habe die ganze Zeit versucht anzurufen, für den Code, telefon war tot! es war spät wir waren sehr müde, wir haben vor Ort 1 Stunde gewartet, Nix passiert! Ich habe Emails geschickt, es ist Nix gekommen keine Antwort, Nachbar hat komisch gesehen, komische Umgebung voll Ghetto! Wir mussten wieder gehen! Erst nach 12 Uhr in der Nacht ist den Code……

“我們於夜晚八點左右開始尋找酒店，雖然酒店非常貼心地一早電郵提供詳細指示，但由於住宿位置非常偏僻難找，離電車站又非常遠，地點附近環境頗暗，較少街燈，我們拖著兩個行李箱，又要找路，全程又累又怕，提心吊膽。 幾經波折終於到達酒店，房門一開，酒店收拾得很整潔，又有酒店送的甲蟲朱古力，但是房間卻小得放下兩個行李箱後連轉身的位置也沒有。 當初相片簡介中的花園部分，是我對這次住宿期待最高的部分，結果找不到相中的花園，這不是赤裸裸的圖文不符嗎。 當日完成白天行程，滿心期待在酒店得到充份休息，但結果整個住宿經驗頗不愉快。”

“Ich hatte grosse Probleme mit der Türoffnung sodass ich um 01.30 Uhr an die Reception musste um ein Karte zu verlangen. Nach dem dies erledigt war, musste ich feststellen, dass das Zimmer Arschkalt war, die Heizung nicht funktionierte und ein Fenster sich nicht schliessen konnte (Defekt). Also ging ich nochmals an die Reception um ein anderes Zimmer zu verlangen. Leider vergebens, denn es waren keine weiteren Zimmer verfügbar. Also habe ich einen kleinen Offen erhalten (Notlösung). Des Weiteren……

“Access was a little difficult if you dont speak the language or dont have a carrier/signal there. I was only able to get access through friend who spoke the language and we demonstrated that not one of our phones could get access unfortunately. After communicating they were considerate enough to leave me a key.”

“We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the giant bathtub was a dream! We hope to return one day!”
