「我們於夜晚八點左右開始尋找酒店，雖然酒店非常貼心地一早電郵提供詳細指示，但由於住宿位置非常偏僻難找，離電車站又非常遠，地點附近環境頗暗，較少街燈，我們拖著兩個行李箱，又要找路，全程又累又怕，提心吊膽。 幾經波折終於到達酒店，房門一開，酒店收拾得很整潔，又有酒店送的甲蟲朱古力，但是房間卻小得放下兩個行李箱後連轉身的位置也沒有。 當初相片簡介中的花園部分，是我對這次住宿期待最高的部分，結果找不到相中的花園，這不是赤裸裸的圖文不符嗎。 當日完成白天行程，滿心期待在酒店得到充份休息，但結果整個住宿經驗頗不愉快。」

「This was the most disgusting place I’ve stayed ever. Do not recommend. The main door to the building would not close properly so was left unlocked. The whole apartment was dirty! There were two threadbare towels for bathing and no hand towels. The sheet on the bed looked like a mattress cover only. The kitchen was covered in grease. 「一個全自助入住的模式,原本因火車班次較早到而為了同意提早入住而十分感謝,閣樓樓梯較窄因只有一層也可接受,沒有任何廚房調料也行,房間如照片,2人很適合,只是臨門竟發生其他房客因旅館誤送我的密碼而讓他誤入我的房間,這是一個不可接受的情況,很想打低分,但是,因地理位置就在老城區,步行15分鐘內,內部清潔,所以願意給個好分數」

「Poor check-in and had to wait for housekeeping after check-in time.. Pros: nice size 2 bedroom flat, comfortable beds, Nespresso maker, quiet location, great location, room to spread out. Cons: besides poor check-in, poor quality coffee so buy your own at COOP or Nespresso store near by, coffee maker water container lid broken, thin old bathroom towels, no paper towels or napkins in kitchen, manager walked in on us before checkout time and without knocking,…」

「The apartment was very clean. A great location to public transportation (bus & tram) and access to intercity travel. The Migros right across the street was very convenient. Apartment was quiet and we utilized the laundry facilities (which were well maintained).We were most appreciative for the air conditioning unit.」
