“We had a lovely week in this compact but well equipped and organised apartment.The views are spectacular and it was great to be able to sit and watch the lake changing at different times and in different weather.Within walking distance of the station, we used the train every day to visit nearby locations without the hassle of trying to find somewhere to park (the Lavaux Transport Card provided by our host was invaluable)Our host Queein was delightful and on hand if we needed anything.If we were……

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around very easy. The hosts were lovely, welcoming, and very helpful. “Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber, es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Lage war perfekt und der Ausblick wunderschön. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, sie hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und an alles gedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.”

“Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand……
