“This house has it all: an incredible view of the Pacific, privacy, beautiful and comfortable furnishings, and amenities. The outdoor space is breathtaking. The first day we stayed, we saw a monkey in the trees and toucans on the branches. We also spotted a hungry iguana and a mama deer and her baby. The house was incredibly clean, and the beach items were so helpful! (Beach bag, boogie boards, etc.) Also, they have binoculars which we used daily to watch for wildlife! There were games we played……

“Amazing stay !We love this place so much - we were a family of 3.We enjoyed the location & the surroundings.We were welcomed by a sloth, iguanas, monkeys...The fact that the house is fully opened towards outside makes it really atypical but lovely (for us !)We spent much more time there than what we thought. Even during green season where rains & thunder can happen in the afternoon, it was a lovely place to hear the noise of the rain, read a book and lye on the hammock !We highly recommend this……

“We enoyed our stay so much. We didn't miss a day enjoying the pool and being in the backyard. Early each morning we enjoyed the toucans that would visit as well as many other species of birdlife. The was very clean with an open floorplan. Plenry of room for our group of 11. The kitchen was stocked wirh everything we needed to cook as well as a large freezer and refrigerator. “We really enjoyed our stay at Alta Vista. Our villa was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were separate bathrooms (with showers) for each bedroom, which was really convenient. The highlight was the gorgeous sunsets over the Pacific that we watched each evening from our private plunge pool. We grew fond of the brightly colored pair of scarlet macaws living nearby (and frequently flying over us). What could be more "pura vida" than that?”

“Our family of 7 stayed here comfortably. It was clean and in a great location with gorgeous views! It is walking distance to many restaurants and souvenir shops. The shuttle to the beach was very convenient! Emiliano was our concierge and he was great, communicated clearly and ensured we had everything we needed.
