“The property manager, Itza, was extremely friendly and accommodating (she's also an excellent masseuse!). We found that the room we booked was double-booked when we arrived but Itza was able to put us in another room (smaller with less amenities - no view of rainforest) for two of the four days we were there. The tour vans had difficulty reaching the apartments due to steep, narrow, and sharp turns. It's best to have a car because attractions, restaurants, and shopping are some distance away on……
