「The hotel overall was great. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a little old & plain. We did observe portions of the hotel closed for refurbishing. The breakfast & dinner were excellent. Including entertainment from the monkeys. The staff was wonderful especially Kevin the cart driver. He always seemed to be present when needed. 」

「This property was beautiful. We had a room with nice ocean view and very private. Staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast down on the beach was amazing and staff pointed out a sloth in the trees. 」

「Wonderful Hotel-Excellent staff!!! Amazing Restaurants…we’ll be back-you’ll be in the middle of a little national park with spider monkeys, white faced monkeys, sloths, Macaws, and Toucans. 10 stars!!!」

「We reserved 2 rooms for 4 adults, however they only had one room kept for us when we arrived. The front desk told me they will refund me one of the room payment. I didnot got it 2 weeks later until now.」

「We loved every minute of our stay. It was calm, quiet and very relaxing. We definitely recommend it. 」

「This property is walkable distance to the entry to the big national park. It’s not their fault, and at night, at four in the morning, there were howler monkeys, making little growling sounds. We had the loft apartment which is above the reception area with a spiral staircase, its own kitchenette, a fair amount of room. Felt safe, had beach access. 」

「I booked a basic single but was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Double. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a balcony overlooking the yoga deck and walking trail (currently closed). Even though it was right in the center of the property, it still felt private and relaxing. The location of the room was excellent — less than a minute to the yoga deck, pools, and restaurant.
