“Nous avons eu des problèmes avec l’air climatisé qui s’est arrêtée. Carlos a été très gentil et l’a réparé mais elle s’est brisée de nouveau pendant notre 2e nuit. “We had an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and safe. (They go the extra mile by calling you by name anytime you interact with them.)

“Our room was filthy. We got there and keys under mat. Although the owner was in 1 of 4 apts he never told us about housekeeping (there was none) or trash or hoe to operate the outsode washer. He juat said hi. We had to ask for a garbage bag. We were there 7 days and wont do that again. No where to eat unless you take a bus. It was NOT a few minutes walk from beach or anything. The bed uncomfortable and towels stunk. Never again. ”

“I booked a basic single but was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Double. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a balcony overlooking the yoga deck and walking trail (currently closed). Even though it was right in the center of the property, it still felt private and relaxing.
