Spectacular hotel and staff. Five stars across the board. Beautiful rooms, great view, staff immediately available, good food, animals everywhere…. One of our best trips we have ever gone on due to the hotel and service.

Construction work was going on , we were not notified, only one restaurant open, and only one bar as well. Limited choices of food. Room service charged $25, which is high considering no choice of restaurants. Taxi to town was $40. It was mentioned that this is an adult only resort. In low season we saw many families. Avoid in low season. Not worth the price tag. Found lots of other similar priorities in the area with cheaper price tag.

this resort is one of the best resorts i've ever stayed. unbelievable natural beauty, rooms and views are incredible, the concierge service was impeccable and the staff was so friendly and fun. we loved every aspect of this resort and will recommend to everyone and will definitely come back!

This property was beautiful. We had a room with nice ocean view and very private. Staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast down on the beach was amazing and staff pointed out a sloth in the trees.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations, and my expectations were already high. The views from the room were outstanding and the service and hospitality was top-notch. The food was incredible as was the beach. I would highly recommend staying here and would happily come back again in the future.

Stunning beach, excellent food and drink, great staff. The property is mostly accessible by golf cart once you check in— I had planned to walk to Manuel Antonio some during the trip but that’s a bit of a project. Everything you need is right there though!

What an amazing vacation we had. After 5 days most of the staff had become good friends. It was sad to say goodbye to them. The location is stunning too with 180 degree views of 2 beaches. Outside our room we had a monkey highway as each morning 10 monkeys would walk across the vines outside our room. The wildlife are real happy there as we saw sloths, friendly lizards and lots of monkeys. And last but not least, the food was amazing at both restaurants. We cant wait to return!

This hotel is not worth the money, terrible tiny room, children were stomping all night above us and we couldn’t sleep. We asked the front desk the next day and they said they check out - not true the same family was above us again. We left the next day- gorgeous views- room pictures online are a lie and front desk does not value a quiet nights rest

Hotel is fabulous, staff are amazing. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. Magnificent views from every vantage point. Lots of wildlife on the grounds. Monkeys, sloughs, iguanas, etc. We did the night walk with Maria. She was great and pointed out so many amazing species of tree frogs, sloughs moving, birds,etc. Also booked the waterfall hike (spectacular) and whale watching (saw at least 8-10 whales in addition to leatherback sea turtle, dolphins playing, and many species of birds). Highly recommend!!

I arrived in the afternoon, around 4:30PM, after a very long trip. No sign was telling the hotel location. The road looks like it leads to a one-star hotel. At the gate, no one speak English, so I waited 10 minutes to speak with the reception. They gave me the room late, and then the surprise was: THERE WAS A WIDENING PARTY IN FRONT OF MY ROOM THAT KEPT ME UP ALL NIGHT. I FOUND DEAD MOSQUITOES IN MY BED AND AT 4AM WAS CHECKING ON MY BABY AND SEE A SPIDER IN MY ONE-YEAR-OLD'S BED. I checked out the next day and did not complete the two nights. I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. I WAS EXPECTING FIVE-STAR SERVICE WITH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAID.

Quelle mauvaise surprise, cet établissement.

Il s'agit d'un vieil hôtel, les chambres sont petites ( par exemple la no 502 ), les oreillers vraiment mauvais, la douche a un pommeau des années 1970, les piscines sont minuscules et une est toujours à l'ombre. Le personnel est plutôt sympathique, sauf au restaurant une certaine Yendry qui ne sourit jamais et est presque rude. La plage publique est remplie de voitures sur la plage, et de chiens qui bien sûr font leurs besoins devant vous. Non, cet hôtel ne vaut pas le quart de son prix. Une partie du chemin n'est pas éclairé, le soir. Nous avons trouvés de bien meilleurs établissements à 70 km de là, des vrais palaces cette fois.
