「Pros: The owner and staff on site were so sweet and so helpful. Monkeys were all over the property which was so cool. The complementary breakfast was simple but very good. The location was very central, so getting to most places in quepos/manuel antonio was a 15 minute drive at maximum. 「In a nutshell It is a dump Be ready to walk up and down very steep steps with your luggage No hot water hope you like cold showers if you stay there Can’t keep your ac on if you step out. So if you step out and it’s 90 F it will be 90 F in the room when you return There is no staff to help with tours or basic needs, dining area is filthy. 「This is a cute little property off the beaten path. Lots of tico places to eat in the area but you need a car. We don’t recommend the seafood place across the highway though. Breakfast was amazing, especially the homemade bread and condiments. The laminated note in the room about not getting sand in the beach towels was a little odd!」

「I'm sorry, I have never posted a bad review, but this time I had to. I had a reservation, and when we walked into the place, the area was dirty, and we needed to wait for someone to greet us. The rooms were outdated and didn't look clean or comfortable. I walked in and walked out at the same time. I couldn't come back. The pics on Expedia had nothing to do with reality. 」
