"Great location, centrally located. Easy walk to everything, but just far enought from the bars that you do not hear them at night."

"The Reserva Conchal in general is superb. Playa Conchal is my favorite beach in CR. Pools great, gym fantastic, grounds exceptional, views fantastic. I recommend that for rate charged, a decent TV be installed and Netflix etc be available. The Tv is something you see in a cheap hotel. Also, kitchen chairs are too low and uncomfortable. Washer and dryer bery convenient, and kitchen had all the necessary implements. "

"We enjoyed this rental very much! It’s a great location with easy access to stores, restaurants, pools, beaches, golf, and more. The unit was extremely clean, quiet, and had a great kitchen for cooking. We loved having coffee on the back porch in the morning with the visiting magpies who would stop by. Wi-Fi worked well for those looking to work remotely. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had fantastic pressure. We will definitely choose this rental again in the future!"

This penthouse was perfect in every way,,,very clean, the king bed was really comfortable, amazing views, amazing pool and private little beach. The unit was quiet and peaceful. We could walk to anything we may need, plus easy drive to everything. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends."
