“Stephen and Nancy are amazing host with an amazing place and some amazing stories of their world travels . We stayed a mth and were welcomed the entire time. We loved waking up to bird songs and breakfast with the most friendly dogs you have ever met. We loved the area so much we ended up buying property from them! ”

“We loved the almost 360 degree views from this home. The pool and outdoor seating options were a plus. Enjoyed the open floor plan, pristine bedding and kitchen. Thanks for a great stay close to everything. ”

“Beautiful views, great common area. The place is in great shape, true to the pictures in the listing. Nicely equipped and the property manager was quick to answer and help in all our questions.Definitely recommended.”

“This house is located far enough away to not be in the downtown city. The nights and mornings were quiet. Yet close enough to get to the volcano and the beach. (Note everything takes an hour or more to get to) The family enjoyed the stay. The house layout is excellent. The refrigerator, oven, stove are excellent. Important if you like to cook like we do. The gym was good. The only draw back, the pool was cold for some. I thought it was just fine but others thought it could be Heated. All in all,……

“Super host! Very communicative from start to finish. The accommodations were superb. The kids loved the pool area. We were all entertained with the outdoor living space. Everything easy and accessible in the kitchen, to allow for a lot of “at home” meal preparation. The bedrooms very comfortable, and wheelchair accessible (for my father). A gorgeous backyard garden with a strolling path for everyone, including my father. We will all be back!!”

“Very clean loft, awesome views from the balcony/hot tub, very responsive host. Has everything you need with a convenient store and local restaurant just a couple minutes walk down the street, Poas Volcano/park nearby and the town of Poas 10 minute drive away (huge restaurant selection, gas stations, supermarket etc.). Can get windy as it's up on a hill so bring ear plugs or white noise app if you're a light sleeper ”

“My husband and I just spent the month of April in this beautiful home with incredible views of the mountains and the city lights of San Jose at night. It's a great location, close to Atenas but quiet and peaceful. The home is well equipped, furnished nicely, very clean, comfortable, has a great split floor plan and large open rooms.
