「First, the staff were very nice. That's why you got 1 star. The room was not good at all. One bedroom had no working light. There were no bath towels for the bedroom. The cord to operate the blind in BR#2 was broken so the blind wouldn't open. There were no filters for the coffee maker nor were there any paper towels even for the kitchen. The pool was filthy. Instead of providing us a room, we were told we could get a better room if we paid for an upgrade. I didn't want an "upgrade" I...

「I rarely write anything on the reviews but feel I must as I only read positive reviews prior to renting this property. Adequate beach house though it is WAY off the beaten path. The view from the patio is stunning but the beach was full of debris and GARBAGE! You definitely are not going to take chairs or lay out on this beach. There is not a living room area but we spent most of the time on the patio if we were there. We had an issue with the hot water in the master bedroom and with the timer....

「So we had a terrible occurrence, Due to NO control, and natural flooding in fort lauderdale , all our fights were canceled and couldn't make the trip. We had their JACO tour agent ask if we can get credit for the night we lost if we can make it there and if we can get the difference back from the 12 people that were NOT able to attend . AND the owner SAID NO. We wish we could have seen the property but working with the owner wasnt helpful at all」
