“Tiny House is exactly what it is, it was perfect for what we needed and affordable. All the hotel chains in the area are outrageously over priced all the time. This rental is perfect for a couple or single person staying a night or two. Its an all open floor space, double bed is a fotone & queen bed was up on a loft. 3 of us with a dog stayed 1 night, my 17 year old was the better option to climb up to queen bed, my husband and i stayed on the couch bed and our 50lb dog laid on his dog bed……

“We had a great stay here! My husband and I and our 3 kids were in town for the weekend. The camp was very peaceful on the river. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed including coffee, toiletries, towels, linens and more. The hosts even included complimentary drinks and a smores kit which we used when we made a fire in the outdoor fire-pit. It was the perfect spot for our weekend stay and I highly recommend. Host was great at communicating.”

“It was a perfect stay for 4 family members attending our daughter’s SLU graduation! The fresh eggs from their chickens was a nice bonus, along with breakfast items given to us to prepare. The goats, chickens, and cats were fun to admire, especially the kitty named Zero! We wanted to take him home. There is plenty of space. My husband and I gave my sister and brother in law the bedroom and we sleep on the sofa that sections into a bed. I brought a blowup mattress in case, but the sofa bed worked……

“This place is absolutely perfect for any visit to Clarkson! So clean and comfortable and only four minutes away from campus. Wish I would have found this on our first visit. It is close, yet so relaxing by the river with so many things to do to relax. Beth, the host, is very kind and helpful for absolutely anything you may need. Definitely recommend to any first year parents for a perfect place to stay throughout your childs college events throughout the years!”

“Cabin was tastefully decorated and right up on the pond with some fun watercraft included with our stay. Even with the weather in the low 70s, the pond was lovely for a few swims. Theresa and Chris were friendly and warmly accommodating to a couple of our extra needs. My family is rather picky and we were all talking about returning for more than a couple days next time! Thanks to Theresa and Chris for sharing their carefully curated slice of heaven with us.”

“The property was close to St. Lawrence, where my daughter goes to school. It offered a nice living area with a full kitchen and laundry. The outdoor space was amazing. An Igloo where we played games while being outside and out of the snowy cold. The hot tub was a great treat after being out in the cold or playing pickleball all day. I was able to hide easter eggs on their gorgeous property, for my daughter, that went from the hot tub down the long path to the river. We felt comfortable taking……

“Very spacious in an awsome location, neighbors are very friendly.House is very well kept and definitely off the beaten path. There was 7 of us and had more than enough room, we cant wait till next years trip!!”

“Beautiful cottage, clean, excellent view. We used the boat every day. It was gassed up and worked fine. There is a wood pile for camp fires. Muliple kyaks, canoes, and a stand up paddleboard. I saw loons on the lake (first time for me) and we heard owls at night. The fridge was clean and empty when we arrived...so you do need to bring any condiments, etc you might need. They do have salt & pepper. They have a kerig and a regular drip coffee pot. Highly recommend staying here...we hope to come……

“Beautiful property and place to stay. Everything is provided…all you need is your clothes! Kids loved the kayaks and we all enjoyed outdoor fire pit. The cottage is bigger than it looks from the outside and is appointed very well. We cooked all of our meals there and enjoyed eating on the back porch. The owner was excellent to work with and we have zero complaints. Definitely would recommend!”

“We had some events in the area, so we decided to book a lake-front property to enjoy some quiet, Fall-season time. The place didn't disappoint. By mid-October, this area is past the fall-foliage season and boat traffic is at a minimum. This listing is accurate. The place is quiet. The host is very responsive. Enjoy!”

“We took a long weekend to so my granddaughter could visit her other grandparents in the area. The home is very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. We wanted for nothing! We wished it was summer to take advantage of the lake amenities. We will definitely visit again.”

“It was very clean & supplied with enough linens & other accessories. It would have been nice to have a few more packets of regular coffee. The toilet seat needed to be adjusted.”

“It advertises that they have a pool but the employee told me that the pool has been closed for 6months and doesn't know when it will open. That is false advertising.”
