"No one picks up the reception phone, the only way to get in touch with the hotel is messaging them through WhatsApp. Clean room, and comfy bed. However, breakfast should start earlier given the hotel’s close proximity to the airport. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided in the form of sachets seems very cheap for a 4-star hotel, no moisturiser cream provided either. "

"Overall, this was a great stay. The apartment was very clean and the host, Lorena, ensured little amenities like coffee, tea, little cakes, juice, and bedside candies were available, which made it very homey. Also, there were bath amenities as well. The water in the shower was immediately hot. The host was very good in communicating with me, and met me in person to check in and gave me a walk through.
