Inside Good/outside Not So Good
Inside of home was very comfortable and we got what was expected and pictured in the listing. The outside, not in good shape. Grass and shrubs were overgrown & made it difficult to use the sidewalk from street parking area to the house. Chairs & table shown on front porch in the listing were not there. Back yard was rough. No steps out the back door..just a piece of plyboard propped up as a ramp on unstable bricks & wood pieces that truly was a safety hazard, even for a pet that might be staying. If there was a grill, we could not see it from the back door and we didn’t walk around the back yard due to the condition of it. Also be aware the parking is on the street & there is a small apartment in a separate building on the property that is occupied. The apartment has use of the driveway and also has access to the backyard. This part was not revealed in the listing or check in. We gave property manager a chance to explain the condition of the yard thinking it was possible a yard crew was scheduled & didn’t show but we did not get a reply. Neighborhood was nice & location is super convenient. Enjoyed the stay overall just disappointed in the outside of property.
