“We stayed in Unit 3 over the Fourth of July weekend with a reservation for five guests. The property is located in a beautiful, peaceful area of Comal County, and we truly enjoyed the natural surroundings. Our check-in experience could have been smoother. The check-in instructions indicated that the entrance passcode would be sent at 3:00 p.m., the official check-in time, but we did not receive it until about 40 minutes later. Everything looked clean for the most part but we did have a bug on the bed that my son killed before I got to see the type of bug as well as a spider on the wall while I was in bed. I also did not like that we had to pay for parking. It is ridiculous to pay for parking at a location you are already paying to stay. Real close by to multiple stores and restaurants including HEB, Buc-ee’s, dollar tree and more. ……

“I had a very unpleasant stay due to the following issues: 1. The air conditioner was extremely noisy. Every time it started running, it made loud noises until it stopped. After a few minutes, it would start again and repeat the same cycle. The constant loud noise woke me up repeatedly throughout the night, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. It's a shame , because this property has potential with a great location if only they would spend some money to update the property. It's outdated the furniture has probably been there since day one with stains all over the chairs and the beds are horrible! There is a musty order to the rooms and really needs a good cleaning. I'm sorry to say, I would not stay there again.”
