Note: There are a lot of exterior stairs that lead up to the front door. Once inside you have additional stairs. Please be cautious.

Guests have access to the entire lake house, balcony and hot tub!

- This property is suitable for children/infants. Please know the house is not child-proofed. There are also a lot of stairs/steps, please be cautious.

There is room for 4 cars in the driveway. Parking on the street is allowed.
PLEASE READ - There is a burn ban notice due to severe fire hazard & red flag warnings for the Hill Country. We are currently not allowing guests to use the outdoor wood burning fire-pits. BURN BAN EFFECTIVE 7/24/2023. This is for Gillespie, Kendall, Blanco, Llano and Comal Counties. NO OPEN FIRES and NO SMOKING. You are welcome to use gas fire pits and BBQ grills. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool off. We will take care of disposing of them properly.
