Cozy apartment for up to seven guests located on the first floor of a modern residence with lift and a shared outdoor swimming pool, approx. 600mt from the beach. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, a twin bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower box (washing machine out of use), a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, an open plan kitchen, and a lovely balcony. It comes with one uncovered parking space. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance
