Beautiful studio apartment surrounded by greenery in the Ponente area of Caorle. Located on the first floor of a residence with a shared swimming pool, just about 400 meters from the beach, the apartment features a spacious and bright open-plan layout, clearly divided into living and sleeping areas. The living area includes a kitchenette and dining table, with direct access to the balcony, while the sleeping area has two double sofa beds. The apartment also includes a hallway with practical storage and a windowed bathroom with shower. Additional amenities include an elevator, air conditioning, washing machine, mosquito nets, and a parking space (included in the price).
