Cap-Haitien Hotel with Pool

"The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. I had NO problems at the airport boarding my plane. Did I mention...some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever...

"Great view. Very peaceful. The restaurant on the property has delicious food. The only problem was the television didn’t work. I asked someone to fix it but nobody ever seemed like they understood. WiFi was excellent and made up for. "

Simple asks like borrowing an iron to iron clothes or a cup of ice seemed like an inconvenience when asked for. My Stay was for 6 nights but I checked out after 5 nights...
