Manquement au cahier des charges

Bonjour, Globalement le logement est bien placé et agréable Les points négatifs : - nous n’avons pas eu la télé de tout le séjour malgré nos relances auprès de l’agence Carmen, restée évasive. - Nous avons du réclamer le 2ieme jeu de clé à l’agence - impossibilité de mettre les vélos dans le local à vélo rempli constamment. - enfin la sonnette extérieure ne fonctionnait pas. Il fallait appeler la pers dans l’appartement pour qu’elle descende pour nous ouvrir en l’absence de jeu de clé. L’agence devait me faire un retour concernant un dédommagement. Je suis toujours en attente. À votre disposition. Cordialement.
