Charming Maisonette, Steps from Beach, 2BR with Patio

This terraced house offers:

On the ground floor:
- a closed living room with a sofa bed and television
- a kitchen opening onto the dining area and equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and filter coffee maker
- a bathroom with toilet
- a small pantry with a washing machine

Upstairs:
- a bedroom with a 140cm double bed with its en-suite bathroom and toilet
- a bedroom with two single beds

Shared fenced courtyard and garden furniture.
No parking.

Linens and end-of-stay cleaning are not included. Please contact us for rates. Upon handing over the keys, two deposits will be required: one of €800 for the accommodation and one of €130 for the end-of-stay cleaning.

One pet is allowed on the property with a €20 supplement for the stay.

Trés décevant

La maison est bien placée certes mais la prestation reste décevante. Les placards ne sont pas vidés, le salon est un débarras avec des meubles entassés, la literie est limite. La cour commune est aussi un gros inconvénient, d'autant plus quand on a un animal.
