Excellent séjour en famille

La maison est très agréable, fonctionnelle et idéalement située. Proche de la plage et des commerces. On peut tout faire à vélo. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et accueillants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.

Correspond en tout point à la description. Très bien placé aussi bien pour la plage que le centre-ville. Propriétaires très gentils, maison très bien équipée.

Location très agréable pour passer des vacances en famille, petits et grands ! Emplacement idéal entre plages et centre ville. Possible de tout faire à pied/vélo. Hôtes très sympathiques et accueillants, quartier très calme, chambres spacieuses et bien isolées, équipement plus que complet (il ne manque rien !), grande terrasse couverte très appréciable, propreté impeccable et possibilité de garer 3 voitures sans problèmes … Sans compter le petit coin sableux où les enfants peuvent jouer en toute sécurité. Recommandons absolument.

Maison très bien située, proche des plages, des commerces, du marché, du port.. Bref tout peut se faire à pied ou en navette gratuite. Maison très bien équipée.Un plus : le parking intérieur, pas de problème pour se garer. Et une terrasse couverte agréable. Hôtes très accueillants et disponibles.

Super séjour à Capbreton en famille !

La maison de M. et Mme Cousin est parfaite pour les vacances : fonctionnelle (partie jour en bas et partie nuit en haut), super équipée (on ne manque de rien au niveau équipement et tout marche très bien). La maison est bien située, proche du petit centre ville de Capbreton et surtout dans une petite rue très calme. Très pratique de pouvoir garer la voiture dans l’enceinte de la maison. Et cerise sur le gâteau : M. et Mme Cousin sont très accueillants. Bref, nous recommandons cette maison les yeux fermés !

Le paradis des vacances

Une maison très bien adapté pour 8 jeunes. Une très bonne localisation près de tout ( plage, centre). Un accueil très agréable et de bons conseils pour les bonnes adresses et les endroits sympathiques. Une communication lors de la semaine en cas de problèmes ou de questionnement toujours présente. Si c’était à refaire nous le referions sans hésitation.

Les proprietaires sont tres accueillants et facilement joignables La maison est très bien située et surtout tres bien équipée avec de multiples chaises, grande table extérieure,etc... A proximité de tout elle permet de laisser la voiture et de circuler à pieds ou à vélo. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

La maison est très bien placée, dans un quartier calme et à proximité de la plage et du centre ville. Elle est très bien équipée, nous étions un groupe de 7 et n’avons jamais manqué de quoique ce soit. De plus, les chambres sont spacieuses et proposent de nombreux rangements. Mr et Mme Cousin sont très accueillants et arrangeants. Nous reviendrons !

Maison idéale !

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances à Capbreton dans cette maison très fonctionnelle et très bien placée entre le centre ville et la plage. La maison est décorée avec goût et simplicité et parfaitement équipée. Tout se fait à pied ou à vélo, des vacances sans voiture c’est vraiment top ! Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cette location et sûrement même avant l été prochain.

Maison nickel et très bien placée

La maison est idéalement placée, à proximité immédiate du centre-ville et tout près des plages. Elle a été récemment rénovée, tout est propre et neuf à l’intérieur, et elle est particulièrement bien équipée (2 salles de bain, ustensiles et vaisselle, places à tables et chaises etc. en quantité largement suffisante). Et la grande terrasse couverte est bien agréable lorsque le temps devient capricieux. Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison d’un très bon rapport qualité prix. Pour ne rien gâcher, les propriétaires Monsieur et Madame Cousin sont très accueillants, disponibles, et arrangeants en cas de besoin.
