Really nice home

We enjoyed a lot. Great atmosphere, outdoor seating, pool and indoor facilities. It's a bit musty inside of house, but that's normal for beach houses. We were satisfied and we will definitely be happy to come back. The landlord was also really nice and helpful. Thank you

Excellent apartment. Really nice owner. Excellent for kids, we loved the pool, tennis, table tennis

The beach at Cala Mequida is, however, a bit crowded and goes deep rather quickly. Limited to no restaurants in the area. It is advisable to have a car and go to Cala Radjada. Communiting with taxi is easy, but 15 to 18 Euro per trip. The apartment itself is really really good. We would return for sure.

Wir hatten hier eine wirklich tolle Zeit.

Die Unterkunft selbst ist innen einfach gehalten, Für vier Personen auf jeden Fall ausreichend Platz. Die Poolanlage, unsere Terrasse in der EG-Wohnung sowie die Nachbarschaft zu den Gästen und zum Vermieter Rafael sind sehr angenehm, alle haben ihren Rückzugsraum und genügend Privatsphäre – oder man trifft sich am Pool. Für uns war der Tennisplatz ein weiteres Freizeit-Highlight, für den es sogar eine Flutlichtanlage gibt. Die Lage ist ok, sind eher 10 Minuten als 5 Minuten zum Strand, was aber überhaupt nichts ausmacht. Etwas schade ist, dass das Hotel alle vier Restaurants und Bistros seit 2025 nur noch für Hotel Gäste geöffnet hält, d.h. man versorgt sich selber, an der kleinen Beach-Bar mit Snacks oder fährt mit dem Auto in die sehr nahe gelegenen, schönen Ortschaften. Alles in allem ist es eine wunderschöne Oase, die durch ihren Outdoor-Bereich und freundlichen Gastgeber besticht.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans l’appartement, l’équipement extérieur est parfait

Piscine, tennis, terrasse En revanche l’intérieur est plus succinct et mériterait un rafraîchissement (cuisine et salle d’eau) . La plage est accessible à pied et très belle et naturelle pour Majorque. Mais il faut noter qu’il n’y a quasi aucun bar et/ou restaurant à proximité. Les hôtes ont été très sympathiques

La vivienda es sencillamente ideal: cómoda, cuidada al detalle y equipada con todo lo necesario para disfrutar al máximo. El entorno es sumamente tranquilo y permite un descanso absoluto, estando a escasa distancia de la playa, lo que resulta perfecto para combinar relax y ocio. Queremos destacar especialmente el trato y la atención recibidos, que han sido excepcionales en todo momento. Sin duda, una experiencia súper recomendable que esperamos repetir muy pronto.

Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern (3 und 5) super wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder hatten Freude mit dem Spielhaus und dem großen Pool und wir haben diese gepflegte Anlage und den Tennisplatz sehr genossen.

Wir konnten uns wirklich wohlfühlen!

Das Meer ist wie beschrieben fußläufig gut erreichbar (ca 5 min.). Die Bucht ist wirklich richtig schön! Die Strecke zur Sandbank ist überschaubar und leicht erreichar. Die Grundausstattung in der Küche war i.O. Wenn man meist auswärts isst, ist das kein Problem. Sonst fände ich es vorteilhaft wenn wenigstens Essig,Öl, Salz u Pfeffer vorhanden wäre. Viel.auch eine Salatschüssel o.ä Schüsseln. Die Whg.war sauber, es hat alles funktioniert. Wir konnten uns wirkl wohlfühlen! Für die Waschmaschine waren sogar 2 Pads vorhanden. Die Promenade ist richtig toll, um die Natur zu genießen! Mit dem Bus (Haltestelle in 2 min. Fußweg erreichbar) kommt gut in andere Städte. Man benötigt daher nicht zwingend ein Auto. Wir waren dennoch froh, mit dem Auto unterwegs sein zu können, da wir dadurch flexibel in die benachbarten Ort fahren konnten, wenn wir mehr Bars/Läden haben wollten. Vor Ort gibt es aber auch eine Autovermietung. Die Parksituation ist ok. Da die Bucht aber dort gut besucht ist

Wir waren mit 3 Kleinkindern in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar!

Wir möchten die Wohnung sehr und würden gerne wiederkommen

Lobeshymnen für die Wohnung haben ihre Berechtigung (und ich schließe mich denen an), jedoch sollte man einige Sachen wissen bevor man bucht. Es werden im Haus insgesamt 3 Appartments vermietet. Zwei sind direkt im Haus (unten "M1" und oben "M2")+eins "M3" im kleinen Nebengebäude. Somit teilt man den Poolbereich und den Rest der Anlage mit anderen Gästen. Sehr gute Ausstattung und liebevolles Kümmern des Eigentümers sind besonders hervorzuheben. Die Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung bekommt man schnell mit der "Dry"-Funktion der Klimaanlage weg, jedoch trocknet im Nov. alles ein wenig länger als im Sommer. Rafael ist ein toller Gastgeber und kümmert sich um alles, was man braucht.

Urlaubs Oase

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und haben unseren Urlaub in dieser tollen Wohnung sehr genossen. Rafael als Gastgeber war immer zur Stelle und sehr freundlich. Zudem war die Anlage perfekt gepflegt und wir als Familie sind zu richtigen Tennisfans geworden. Wo kann man schon so frei alles verfügbare wie Basketball, Tischtennis, Tennisplatz und Pool nutzen. Unsere Jungs waren begeistert! Weiterempfehlung aus tiefstem Herzen! Nichts :-)
