Solid hotel with 3 pools and good amenities (gym, sauna, mini golf) but rooms are a bit tired and cleanliness could be improved.

Wir waren zum fünften Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Essen und der Service waren super. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die große Differenz in den Superior plus Zimmer Zimmern im Neubau. Wir hatten ein recht großes Zimmer und ein sehr kleines mit nur einem Waschbecken und sehr kleinem Bad.

Sehr zufrieden.

Ich hatte einen sehr guten Aufenthalt im Hotel Bella Playa & Spa. Ich war Ende Februar da und der Außenpool war leider noch zu kalt. Andere Annehmlichkeiten wie Spa, Gym und Co. habe ich nicht genutzt, kann daher nichts dazu sagen. Das Buffet (sowohl morgens als auch abends) ist sehr üppig und divers. Das ganze Hotel ist nicht mehr das jüngste, aber es war dennoch sehr gut gepflegt und sauber.

Tolles Hotel in das wir schon seit vielen Jahren reisen. Das Essen und die Sauberkeit sind super. Einen kleinen Punkt abziehen mussten wir beim Zustand der Einrichtung. Leider hatten wir dieses Mal ein sehr kleines Zimmer im Neubau bekommen, welches im Gegensatz zum letzten Mal einige Komforteinbussen (kein Sofa, kein Doppelwaschtisch, kein eigenes WC) mit sich brachte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren im Standard Zimmer, dort noch altes Badezimmer und der Unterschied zu den Zimmern im Neubau ist zu gross! Die neue Aussenterrase beim Restaurant ist sehr schön, aber das Restaurant ist noch 90er style und eng für Anzahl an Gästen von Alt- und Neubau!

Waren eine Woche dort. Essen war abwechslungsreich und immer ausreichend vorhanden. Zimmer hat unseren Ansprüchen entsprochen. Zum Strand sind es ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe

Nice hotel

Great location. Food was OK , not the best buffer with too much greasy food, dry meat and fish did not taste good at all. Hotel rooms where cold and heaters did not work. the rooms are nice and clean. The location to the beach is awesome.

Ottima posizione e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Hotel 4 Stelle, situato in ottima posizione (5 minuti a piedi da Cala Agulla). Suggerisco di prenotare la SUPERIOR ROOM, completamente rinnovata e rimodernata, situata al 4° piano dell'Hotel. Ottima anche la mezza pensione: a cena il menu era vario, anche se basato per di più su menu tedesco (Cala Ratjada per il buon 90% è popolata da tedeschi). Tantissimi anche i dolci/gelati inclusi nella mezza pensione. Le bevande, invece, NON sono incluse. Presente anche SPA e SAUNA, totalmente gratuite, oltre ad altri comfort quali piscina, campi da tennis, ping pong, biliardo, ecc... Il wi-fi (gratuito) nell'arco della giornata è abbastanza instabile (anche se permette tranquillamente di usare whatsapp), mentre nella notte è molto veloce (meno persone connesse). Pulizia ok, e personale molto cortese e disponibile. Check-in e Check-out fatti in 3 minuti.

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Dieses Hotel kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Da gibt es so gut wie nichts auszusetzen. Im Juni waren es ausreichend Tische und Liegen. Essen gut. Terrasse sehr schön (mit Meerblick). Einzig der SPA-Bereich könnte etwas länger geöffnet sein und die Zimmer sind teilweise etwas hellhörig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Im Nordosten von Mallorca

Ein neu renoviertes Zimmer gebucht und erhalten. Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Großer sauberer SPA Bereich. Allerding riecht es doch sehr nach Reiniger. Die Sonnenterrasse ist leider nicht alzu groß. Das Essen ist lecker und war bei einer Woche Aufenthalt abwechslungsreich und vielseitig. Den Strand von Cala Agulla hat man in 5 Minuten erreicht und falls man einen Mietwagen dabei hat findet man ausreichend kostenlosen Parkraum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafes, sowie Restaurant findet man auch ausreichend in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist am Ortsrand gelegen und doch alles dabei. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.l

Greit hotell med kort vei til stranden

Vi var to voksen og en tenåring som tilbragte en uke på hotellet. Standarden var helt OK, rent og pent. Veldig bra frokost. Stort område ved bassenget med mange solsenger. Området har nesten utelukkende tyske turister.

Great location for walking

We found the hotel great.It was in a good location for the town,beaches and a number of walks.The staff were all helpful and pleasant,the rooms. We're good,clean and of a high standard.The food was great with a wide range of choice and all to a good standard.Whilst this is a predominantly German speaking resort we found no difficulties in communicating with most people.The transfer from Palma airport is long if you go by shuttle coach but it is well worth the trip
