Der Gedamteindruck ist gut. Das Appartment hat einen tollen Meerblick, ist sauber und verfügt über die Dinge, die für den Aufenthalt nützlich sind. Mit ein paar Wartungs-/ Renovierungsarbeiten könnte der Gesamtei druck noch verbessert/moderner werden. Insgesamt eine schöne Urlaubszeit in Cala Ratjada.

Wunderschöner Blick, aber Gerüche und hellhörig

Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Apartments A in der 2. Etage. Besuch im Winter. Das Apartment lebt von seinem Balkon und dem hervorragenden Blick direkt aufs Meer. Die Räume sind sonnendurchflutet. Die wichtigsten Utensilien sind vor Ort (Geschirr-Waschmittel, Gewürze etc.). Wlan funktionierte gut. Alle Küchengeräte liefen einwandfrei. Gelegentlich Stromausfälle. Hier hilft das Ausschalten und Wiedereinschalten des Hauptschalters neben der Eingangstür. Insgesamt hat das Apartment eher den Flair einer gehobenen Studentenbude, das Sofa ist ausgesessen, die Stühle sind okay. Wie die meisten Apartments direkt am Meer legt sich Feuchtigkeit in den Räumen ab, es gab kleine Stockflecken im großen Schlafzimmer und über der Eingangstür. Im großen Schlafzimmer und im Bad gibt es auch einen muffigen Geruch, der bei starkem Wind zunimmt. Deshalb haben wir das kleinere Zimmer mit dem Doppelstock-Bett genutzt. Matratzen waren okay. Im Winter stellt der Vermieter einen Ölradiator und einen kleinen Lüfter zum Heizen zur Verfügung, damit kann man das Apartment gut aufwärmen. Der Balkon hat keine Markise, was für uns kein Problem war, weil wir im Winter zu Besuch waren; im Sommer, könnte das sehr warm werden. Wir bekamen während unseres Aufenthalts einmal Nachbarn in der Wohnung über uns. Obwohl die Familie normal laut gesprochen hat, hörten wir jedes Wort. Das ließ erahnen, wie laut das im Sommer wird, wenn Leben im Haus ist.

Sehr schönes Appartment

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, tolle Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr bequeme Betten und ein unschlagbarer Blick auf das mare nostrum. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön. Immer gerne wieder.

L’appartement est parfait, tout est bien pensé, il est idéalement situé, tout est à proximité. Nous avons voyagé avec un bébé de 15 mois, tout était adapté, il y avait un lit, une chaise haute, des jouets, une serviette de toilette… La vue est magnifique, c’est apaisant et dépaysant, nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement et espérons y retourner un jour! Nous avons pu commander tous les soirs des plats à emporter aux restaurants juste en bas, nous avons aussi pu cuisiner… Bref le séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, l’appartement est parfait et parfaitement équipé, la situation géographique est top, c’était vraiment l’idéal. Seul bémol à l’arrivée, l’entrée de l’immeuble n’est pas très bien indiquée. Sinon tout le reste était parfait!
