This pool is the ideal place to cool off and enjoy a dip. Both the terrace and the pool offer a relaxing and cozy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying an unforgettable holiday by the sea.

The interior of this penthouse offers a cozy and functional atmosphere. The living room features air conditioning, a comfortable sofa, and a Smart TV for entertainment. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and is ready for cooking, providing all the necessary amenities. The main bedroom features two single beds, wardrobes for storage, and also has air conditioning. From the bedroom and the living room, you can enjoy stunning sea views, adding a special touch to the atmosphere. The bathroom is complete with a bathtub, offering the option to relax and enjoy a bath after a day of exploration. For added convenience, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board available. If traveling with a baby, a crib and a high chair will be provided.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
