Lage gut - Ausstattung veraltet

Interessantes Haus, leider seid Jahren nicht renoviert.Ausstattung Küche mäßig, fehlendes Kochbesteck, keine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine !!!, so das wir morgens Coffee to go organisieren mussten. Wasserhähne verkalkt.Betten schlecht. Matratzen durchgelegen. Bettbezug zu klein, so das schon beim auf die Matratze setzen die Laken sich lösten.Lage sehr gut. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen.Straßenverkehrslärm vorhanden. Müllwagen mitten in der Nacht.Immobilienbetreuer Udo und Mercedes sind freundlich und haben schnell reagiert und uns einen neuen Grill gebracht.Wenn keine Ansprüche an Luxus bestehen ist eine gute Unterkunft.
