Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 7-room house that spans over 220 square meters across three levels. The comfortable furnishings include a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning. This room leads out to a terrace. There is also a separate living/dining room. On the same level, you'll find a room with a French bed (135 cm) and air conditioning, an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a small dining table with an open-hearth fireplace. Additionally, there is a shower/WC and a separate WC on this floor.
Amenities Included
The villa is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. Air conditioning units are available in several rooms, and there is a washing machine and iron for your convenience. Outside, you can enjoy a roofed terrace of 15 square meters with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs (9 in total). The property also provides free WiFi internet access.
