“Debra was so responsive to all of my questions. No matter what hour of the night I sent them out. The cottage was so comfortable and relaxing. So many cute little surprises in the cottage and on the property to discover. My only complaint is we didn't stay long enough to use all of the amenities such as the backyard. She thought of everything that you could possibly want or need for a stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Oasis shaved ice is quite the little……

“The perfect cottage, close to all the fun and excitement and of course the beach ⛱️. The cottage provided all the necessities of home, they thought of every little thing to make your stay complete. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Coca Beach.”

“Perfect little house close to the beach and to shops on the A1A. Wife said we need a place just like that for our escapes. Absolutely turn key, just needed some groceries and we were all set for the week. Cindy (host) communicated all the instructions, etc., early on and followed up just prior to the stay. Close to the action so you can experience the launches from the Cape or KSC. The 1:33AM launch of the spaceX Falcon 9 shook the house! And the sonic boom when the first stage returned……

“I wanted my family to disconnect from electriconic devices and enjoy family and beach time before heading on a cruise, and Sandra's property did just that! My kids 11,7, and 4 enjoyed exploring outside, having toys to play with and the pirate themed room. We all enjoyed being right around the corner from the beach and having beach toys, a wagon, chairs, and umbrellas available at the property so we didn't have buy them and figure out how to pack them up. If we're ever back in the area we will……

This is an Evolve property. Whenever we are booking through VRBO we give preference to their listings as they are always top notch. “We had everything we needed for a nice stay. Kitchen was equipped well, plenty of beach stuff available. It would have been nice to have a bike pump since the bike had 2 flats, but not a big deal! Screened in porch was a great bonus space. Location was far enough from busy streets and close enough for a walk to the beach. Gate to the backyard was stuck shut.”
