The staff were second to none. Truly. From the second we arrived from the second we left. The bell hop was so personable, the housekeeping staff prompt and for those whom this would resonate with- it had a Disney resort vibe to it. Wish the pool wasn’t under construction but it was still very useable and also the pool area was very well maintained. The pool bar was handy and reasonably priced and there are many surrounding restaurants. My only complaint was the renovation happening but it was not loud, not in all areas and overall didn’t change the overall feeling. Rooms are redone and very clean. Would recommend to anyone especially those cruising as a stay before or after.

This was the perfect spot to stay before heading out on a cruise. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool is huge and has a resort feel. The gym has decent equipment and was clean. The staff were super friendly!!! You are in walking distance to several restaurants (must try Mystic Lobster Roll!) They provide a shuttle (company is cocoa beach express) to the cruise port for $12/person and to airport for about $60 for two people. They’re doing some renovations on the hotel but it wasn’t loud and didn’t bother us. The rooms are motel style (enter room from outdoors), nothing fancy but functional. It felt safe too. I would say they should put down some kind mat on the ground outside the rooms because the rolling suitcases can be loud early in the morning and black out shades would be really helpful because it was pretty bright at night (at least where we stayed by the tennis courts). Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

TJ and Bre were amazing! We did not realize the resort is currently reconstructing their pool area so during the week day it was noisy. Not enough lounge chairs and no where to sit with umbrellas u less you sat at the bar area where tables and umbrellas were provided. Overall this was a great place to stay but def needs more storage for clothing in the rooms. Some staff seemed a little unhappy to ga e guests while others went above and beyond. Would stay again.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Parking was easy access. Ordered Food by the pool was very good and the bartender was really nice. The room was very spacious suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom area with a living room & couch. The shower was not the best as the shower curtain was super thin and did not stay in the wall in shower and water would get on the floor. The floors were grungy in the corners. Cleaning crew exchanged towels, but did not make our beds or replace the shampoo/conditioner or soap. The refrigerator was super small and not convenient for a long stay when buying groceries. This suite could benefit from a larger fridge and freezer.

Overall satisfactory, very clean and tidy. There were 4 of us in the room (2 adults and 2 kids) but only 2 bottles of water, which wasnt enough. There was nowhere for us to get more. Construction was annoying and woukd abve been nice to know before we booked.

Rooms were modern and updated. Be aware that there is no microwave in the rooms, or on the property. This was an issue as I had brought my own food to avoid spending a fortune eating out every night. The layout of the hotel is also confusing. It will take you a couple of days to figure out how to get to your room. There are a lot of hidden stairway and corridors. The pool/resort area was also undergoing renovation. So areas were blocked off by barrier walls and caution tape. All in all, it wasn't terrible. But I have had better amenities at much cheaper hotels.

The food is amazing at the bar! Although the breakfast is costly, $21, you can still purchase a coffee, juice, etc. to get the day going! The rooms are massive, staff very nice,-TJ was an amazing help.

This is a great place to stay with one exception. The pool does not get the staffing it needs. While we were there it ran out of towels. Ash trays were left filled for far too long. Abandoned coffee sat for hours. Spilled drinks beside the pool were left for hours. Disappointing when so many other things are done well.
