I was hoping it would be better than I expected, but ended up being a bit worse than expected due to cleanliness and needing updates. Overall, I felt the house was dirty, many lights out/missing bulbs, had cockroaches. However, the location was awesome! Fantastic view of the ocean and walk to the beach, so close!
