Additional terrace by the canal – ideal for enjoying a sundowner. Three bedrooms (each with a TV), office with sofa bed, spacious living-dining area with pool view, well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for relaxing and restful vacation days.

Villa Timeout is located in the south-east of Cape Coral in a quiet and central location on a wide canal. Large palm trees adorn the property and a splashing fountain awaits you at the entrance. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes. 

As soon as you enter the villa, you will feel at home. The large window fronts make the house bright and friendly and you have a great view of the outside area and the canal. Particularly noteworthy is the oversized south-facing terrace in XXL format, in which the crystal-clear pool is embedded, which can also be heated electrically. So nothing stands in the way of year-round swimming fun. Here you can swim your laps after an eventful day or spend a whole day on the terrace and really enjoy the Florida outdoor lifestyle. There are plenty of sun loungers for sun worshipers. There is a table and 6 chairs on the covered terrace, and a propane gas barbecue is also available. Treat your loved ones to delicious steaks, hamburgers or seafood and enjoy a cold beer or a good glass of wine to get dinner started. The entire terrace area is surrounded by a screen.

Now let's take a tour of Villa Timeout: 
From the entrance area, you enter the open-plan living-dining area. In the dining room with a large window facing the street, there is a table with 6 chairs. On the opposite side is the office - equipped with a desk/chair and an additional sofa bed, so that 8 people can also spend their vacation there. 

In the living room, there is a comfortable gray leather seating area and a large screen TV. Large sliding glass doors lead directly onto the terrace

The open, typical American kitchen is fully equipped and will make the heart of any amateur chef beat faster. At the counter with bar stools, you can have a quick snack in the morning or watch the chef cooking.  In front of the kitchen there is another dining area with a table, 4 chairs and a view of the pool and the garden / canal behind it.

Master bedroom:
Located on the left side of the house, has a comfortable oversized bed and has direct access to the terrace. A TV is also available there. The en-suite bathroom has a corner whirlpool bath, a large walk-in shower. 2 washbasins and a separate WC.  The large walk-in closet (approx. 7 m²) has plenty of space for your vacation shopping. 

The other two bedrooms are located on the right-hand side of the house and are separated from each other by a hallway. 
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, TV and large window. Enjoy the great view of the pool and garden every morning when you wake up. 
The second bedroom, decorated in modern black and white, also has a double bed, TV and window on the side of the house.
The bathroom in between has a bath/shower combination, 2 washbasins and WC. 

Wi-Fi throughout the house and on the terrace
The smart TVs offer Fubu TV with 180 channels as well as Netflix and Prime
Sufficient hand and pool towels and bed linen are provided. 

A washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board are available for you in the utility room, so you don't have to take dirty laundry home with you. From there you can access the garage, which can be opened and closed by remote control.
 
On the canal there is another canal terrace with sun loungers and Caribbean armchairs. Ideal for enjoying the beautiful sunsets with a margarita or piña colada while planning the next day's activities. 
You can moor your separately hired boat on the boat lift/dock and explore the canals, the offshore islands such as Sanibel and Captiva Island or Ft. Myers Beach from there. Playful dolphins may be your companions.  

Comfort occupancy 6 persons - maximum occupancy 8 persons. 

For your comfort, you will find the following as initial equipment in the vacation homes we manage in Cape Coral: 
Detergent, cleaning agent and dishwashing sponge
Replenishment of dishwasher detergent, dishwasher tabs, coffee filters and bin liners 
Cleaning agents such as window cleaner, all-purpose cleaner and disinfectant
Spare light bulbs
On the kitchen shelf you will find various spices - e.g. salt and pepper

***** A Security deposit (refundable) in the amount of $500 must be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. The deposit can be paid by credit card (+3.5% processing fee) or Zel or Ven. From this deposit, your used electricity will be deducted. The remaining deposit will be refunded.
