“I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It was very nicely upgraded with very comfortable beds. The master bathroom was awesome! The shower had great water pressure! Its located close to many conveniences in downtown Cape Coral. The property manager was very accomodating with my requests. If I’m in the area anytime, I will definitely return to this property.”

“Master bedroom on ground floor is perfect. Quiet corner lot. Lots of space for everyone. Love the bikes and extras provided in the gargage. Owner is very responsive! Only 2 notes...first hot tub is only on certain hours unless requested and second no binder for favorites, instructions, etc. Wonderful property and great stay!!”

“Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Sunburst in den Osterferien. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir eine tolle Urlaubswoche. An der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft kann man mit Sicherheit noch arbeiten! Viele Ameisen, spinnenweben an der Decke etc. Ansonsten ist das Highlight der Unterkunft der große Pool den wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Lage ist super und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig👍. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und würden wieder kommen. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat auch einwandfrei……

“Loved our stay! I wish I had another week just to take it in all again. I can’t even describe the water view of the pool/backyard. Nothing short of breath taking. The house was spotless. “We had a fabulous week at this lovely home. It is spacious with comfortable furnitue and room to spread out. However, we spent all of our time on the lanai enjoying the water view and the pool. We never even turned on a tv. So relaxing!! The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable! We rented a boat for 3 days and it was easy to dock at the house and so much fun driving through the canals and out to the river! It was great having a large yard to take the dogs out. We would definitely stay……

“This was such a great find. the outside of the hotel is retro and took me back to the 1960's. Our room with a king bed was spotless - the bathroom was spotless - the mattress was comfortable and probably the most impressive aspect, our room was located right across from the Tiki Bar (which was also a find and so fun) and had live music. Once we shut the door we heard NOTHING. The walls were sound proof. If you are looking for a clean, affortable and pleasant stay.........this is it.”
