“This house was perfect. Great location, easy check in and out, we came for a baseball tournament and the boys had a great time playing pool. Nothing is more than 30 minutes away from here— the beach, baseball fields or many great restaurants. Leigh made sure we were comfortable the entire time. I use VRBO all of the time and this place is 5 star worthy. ”

“This quick getaway ended up being the perfect trip, just what we needed for a low key relaxing visit. Brian and Darlene were so accommodating and attentive. The condo, pool area and pier on the canal were excellently appointed and stocked with everything we needed. Any questions or concerns that popped up (which were few) Brian was very responsive to and made sure we were taken care of! We highly recommend Seatuit Boat and Beach Club and would gladly stay again!”

“We booked the property for a Quinceañera we were attending in Cape Coral. Property was Very Very Spacious. Wish we could have take. Advantage of the pool ! But we were very pleased with everything about the property, rental process and the host. Told owner about a couple of maintenance issues and he will be taking care of those once we check-out. We were a group of 14 then had some family members add themselves but told owner he they said it was fine. Then didn’t even need to stay as they drove……

“We had fun staying here. The kids had a blast in the pool everyday and they kayaked and fished. House is good size we had 2 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room.
