“Never will stay at this super 8 concentration camp. Thats how its managed. 11 am comes and a staff member with a clip board goes knocking on doors. This literally happened to us; she knocked on our door. I wasn't 3ft away getting ready to answer it. She opens the door!!!!! My gf still in bed!!! We were re-booking for another nite. They are not flexible at all!! We needed to bring my gf's dog. 10 dollar pet fee. Thats fine. But before you can bring a pet in? 10 dollars. We wanted to wait till the……

“pool not working carpet in the hotel is filthy. Did not stay lost money on the room but I could not stay there. Person at the front desk stated I would receive a refund but I have not received it. 😑”

“The room was disgusting. I took photos to show exactly why I’ve said so. My partner nearly fell down because the toilet seat was broken. The front curtains were barely attached. The window sill was filled with dirt and dead insects. The bed mattress squeaked and we both fell into the middle of the bed. The pillows were little more than pancakes. The baseboard in the bathroom barely covered broken and moldy wallboard. The baseboard was so far away from the wallboard that they used screws to……

“Staff was very nice but the room was kind of dirty. The floors felt sticky and the AC took forever to cool the room down which was very hot when we got there. Other than that it was good. Thank you”

“They fsiled to inform me that they were having issue with insects… throughout the property until I demanded a refund… I had to hang my bags up in the closet..”

“The hot rub did provide as expected and was hot enough. The remote for the TV required new batteries, which the front desk counnot provide as they didn't have any. The bed was super comfy. The property looked and was slighty run down.”

“The hotel smelled and the rooms were disgusting . Dirty blankets and pillows full of stains . Walls and floors were dirty . Didn’t even stay . Walked in and seen it and immediately left. Looks nothing like the pictures online . And was not able to get refund”

“At first look the place looked clean and good except the sink had cracks in it that sometime tried to repair. That was ok though it could still be used. When we pulled the sheet back to get in one if the beds it hadn't been cleaned. There was black stuff all over it. It has clearly been remade without sheets being changed. No discount or refund was offered to me.”
