「Cape Girardeau is about the halfway point for us (Wisconsin) and friends from Mississippi. This VRBO is ideally located within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. Property is very clean, has the basics and communication with the owner was super easy. The saloon-style doors for the downstairs bathroom were a little unexpected, but we made it work. We enjoyed our stay and would recommended this property for a long weekend.」

「First, the owner and their communication was fantastic. The space was exactly as described, comfortable and clean. The proximity to everything from the river, to downtown and even to the great restaurants on upper Broadway is walkable and great. The “but” is that we stayed Friday and Saturday and it is located right on Broadway (popular cruising street) next to a popular bar that itself is loud and fills the parking area out back with partying till near 2 am. Truly, otherwise, a great stay.」

「Quick weekend away fro St. Louis, my wife and wanted some quiet. This property was great but was also convenient to lots of restaurants, antiques and hiking around Cape Girardeau area. 12 mins from Trail of Tears state park about 15 from town. Quick responses from our host and easy to work with.」

「The property was exactly as advertised. They’ve truly thought of so many little things that made our stay so enjoyable. There was a severe weather alert at 4 am during our stay and the hosts were checking on us the entire time to be sure all was well. We will definitely be back, for a longer stay next time! 🙂」

「Adorable modern cabin in a very secluded area on the Wine Trail. We had a great time - the hot tub was so relaxing after a day at the a wineries. Loved watching the cows and the bull at the neighboring property, and we even saw deer on Sunday morning. Will definitely book again!」

「The cabin was adorable. The grounds around the pond and the cabin were all neatly mowed. Pond gave us extra excitement for our short trip as we fished. Really enjoyed our stay in this great little cabin. It didn’t bother us as we read all the amenities, but there is no stove. Just know this. There is a microwave though. Also the DIRECTV has about every station you can possibly think of to watch.Including Pay stations. This is a 9 out of 10. Super relaxing!」
